SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Abem Fashions.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Australia: 7–20 business days after dispatch.

United States, Canada and New Zealand: 10–30 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product, supplier, customs processing, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control. Some products may arrive separately because they may be shipped from different supplier locations.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow several days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless included at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY DELAYS OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us through the Contact page on abemfashions.com. We will check the tracking information and assist you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will assess the matter according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
